Fylon is a hemostatic spray designed to promote hemostasis (blood clotting) and anti-inflammation following tooth extraction. It also is beneficial for patients experiencing oral ulcerations and those diagnosed with scurvy. Fylon leverages the therapeutic properties of natural extracts derived from Eclipta prostrata and Tiliacora triandra.

Inspiration
The inspiration for this project stems from members of our group having experienced tooth extractions due to orthodontic treatment, with prolonged bleeding. We've also witnessed individuals suffering from gum pain or swelling. Upon researching, we found that Eclipta prostrata and Tiliacora triandra possess properties that inhibit bleeding and have anti-inflammatory effects. Hence, this innovation aims to extract the active compounds from these herbs to create a mouth spray for blood clotting and inflammation prevention in the oral cavity.
